Tricia Marshall

Tricia Marshall is a doctorate-prepared Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care, mental health, and academic leadership. She joined ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ as adjunct faculty in August 2026, bringing a diverse background that spans nearly a decade of both advanced nursing practice and higher education instruction. Since 2017, she has served as an adjunct faculty member and associate professor across several graduate and undergraduate nursing programs. Outside of her role at ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ, Dr. Marshall is the Founder and Clinical Director of Fearless Care LLC, an integrated practice that bridges the gap between primary care and behavioral health services. Driven by a commitment to service, she also established The October Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to providing medical and mental health support to Veterans, active-duty service members, and their dependents.
Expertise & Research Interests
Dr. Marshall’s professional focus centers on integrated care delivery and the mentorship of the next generation of nurse practitioners. Her clinical work is rooted in trauma-informed care. Key areas of interest include: Integrated Behavioral Health: Developing clinical protocols that combine physical and mental health services within a primary care framework. Professional Mentorship: She serves as an active preceptor, providing clinical supervision and academic guidance to graduate-level nursing students. Nursing Education: On-going contributions to the development of original course materials and the evaluation of student clinical competencies.
